Quality Inn Sturbridge

Continental breakfast was nice; however, the room where this is served needs a larger facility to accommodate the guests. Way small, and terribly tight, especially when most travelers are there at the same time. Not enough tables to accommodate, people on a line, and the hostess that served was not at all on the ball! People had to ask for hot coffee, napkins, more of everything when it ran out. There should be two people operating this service. If this cannot be done, then it should not be done at all. Many guests had to either stand or go away or eat in the lobby of this hotel. It was not at all very serviceable, when it came to the free continental breakfast. Service is the bottom line to any business. Although the front desk was very nice people, they were inedited to take care of the guests as it took so much time for check-ins, etc. You need at least two people at the front desk during rush time in checking in our out. Hotel was adequate for overnight stay. Problem with not being able to access internet in our room was never resolved.

Over all the experienced was good. The hotel served its purpose and there were plenty of restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area to keep busy.
